LAST CHANCE GARAGE AT WALTHAMSTOW INT’L FF, PT 2

WIFF 2015 shortlist_final

This upcoming Sunday June 7, Last Chance Garage will screen as part of the 6th annual Walthamstow International Film Festival, which takes place from 12 PM – 5 PM at the Vestry House Museum. Last Friday, as part of the run up to the festival, the films which were shortlisted for competition screened at the British Film Institute.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to attend as I was off celebrating The Buskers + Lou editor and my good friend Peter Stewart’s wedding. Also unfortunately, we didn’t walk away with an award. Probably for the best I wasn’t there then, I might’ve Kanye’d the stage…

But seriously, congratulations to Jessica Bishop and her short film Speed, and to all the other winners. Here’s a recap of the evening.

If you’re in London and looking for something do this weekend, swing by the Vestry House Museum and check out the short films on offer.
